PROVO, Utah, April 18, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Alpine Air Express, Inc. (“Alpine“or “the Company”), a leading regional air carrier providing critical air infrastructure supporting a wide range of integrated logistics operations across North America, announced the acquisition of Suburban Air Freight Inc. (“Suburban”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
